Our products are sold exclusively through our independent Advisors. You can order products in two different ways as follows:
Become Advisor :
You can order products for yourself or for selling by registering as an independent Advisor and get discounts and commissions from the sale of products in your team
Become Customer :
Our Advisors will help you in understanding our products and help answer your questions. You can place order through our Advisors.
Visit www.marcus-spurway.in Fill up the Become Advisor application form by following the Become Advisor link on the home page. Filling up the Become Advisor application will generate the Advisor ID / First Order. The application will be approved by Marcus Spurway only after the relevant supporting KYC documents are received and verified. Further order placement and benefits are activated only on approval of the application.
Marcus Spurway orders are shipped and delivered on all business days (Monday – Saturday) – except major holidays. Orders placed by 1PM Monday to Saturday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day. Estimated Delivery Timelines:
Please inspect the items and quantity when the order arrives. Please contact the customer service immediately if you find any items missing or damaged.
Home delivery charges: FREE delivery for individual orders above Rs.1500. A fee of Rs.150 will be charged for orders below Rs. 1500.
Orders which are free, and are part of product credit redemption (eg: 3 & free reward, fast start reward, consistency bouns, etc) will be charged Rs.150 per individual deliveries. If the free deliveries are combined with Rs.1500 paid order the courier charge is waived off.
Payment can be made through
A Preferred Customer (PC) is a customer that is signed up on Autoship and recives discount off the MRP of the product. The discuount applies to both Autoship and Non-Autoship purchases made by that PC. A Preferred Customer should have a minimum standing order of minimum MRP Rs.3600 or advisor price of Rs.3000(in a single invoice).

In case you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by opting for a password reset link sent to your registered email by clicking on the “Forgot Password” option. You may reset the new password by following the password reset link and activate your online account.
Marcus Spurway is confident that you’ll love our products and stay in love with them. We stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date.
We will refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping fee, if any) or exchange of the returned products(s) to the original form of payment
Returns are accepted for products in marketable conditions and partially used (upto 30%) along with the invoice
Commissions are paid to Independent Advisors through direct bank transfers.
Commission payments will be sent out by 15th of every month
In order to receive commission, Marcus Spurway should receive the bank details of the advisor along with the cancelled copy of the cheque/bank pass book. Cheque or passbook can be uploaded online.
Commissions less than Rs. 400/- will be credited to advisors Marcus Spurway account and will be paid out once it exceeds Rs. 400/-
TDS deduction on Performance Bonuses
Tax Deducted at Source(TDS) is applicable for bonuses / rewards earned by independent advisors as per India Income tax rules. TDS will be deducted at 20% for those advisors who have not submitted their PAN card to Marcus Spurway, in case their gross income exceeds Rs. 5000 for the financial year period. For those who submits their PAN card with Marcus Spurway TDS will be deducted at 5%. (TDS will be applicable as per the current Income Tax rules)
As per the GST law you may be required to take GST registration when an advisor aggregate turnover for the supply of goods/services for all the sources crosses the threshold limit of Rupees 10 lakhs in North Eastern states and Rs.20 lakhs in other states.
Once you register with GST, we request you to provide the GST number along with copy of the acknowledgement. Your GST number will be incorporated in your invoices, so that the relevant benefits of the input tax credits can be applied by you.
